SPINAL & NECK MANIPULATION
As a chiropractor, Dr. Alyssa specializes in manipulation of the spine. Based on her exam findings she is able to restore motion to the spine through an adjustment. She is trained in several techniques, and primarily utilizes Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, and Activator.
JOINT MOBILIZATION
Dr. Alyssa also works on areas of the body other than the spine! With a wide range of mobilization techniques she can adjust shoulders, knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, and more.
Therapeutic Exercises
To completely restore proper movement and function to a joint, we can’t forget about the muscles! Dr. Alyssa often prescribes different exercises and stretches for patients to complete in and out of the practice. This helps to achieve long lasting adjustments and results.
